Monopoly: Not Just a Board Game

After 19 years post-watershed following Judge Green's Modified Final Judgement intended to break up the monopoly and increase competition, the Baby Bells are coming back together. It's interesting how two decades can bring us back to the single-source provider solution of an SBC/AT&T conglomerate that MCI and other new carriers fought so hard to break up. The separation of regulated and non-regulated has gradually eased back to single source providers. Will this be a new improved version of the old Ma Bell? We'll wait to see if it makes it past regulatory approval first....
