The platform incorporates proprietary intelligence in the form of business rules encapsulating deep knowledge of carrier operations and hundreds of best practices garnered from decades of experience in telecom expense management.

MyTelcoManager interoperates with many types of enterprise applications and supports the broadest range of data feed and exchange options (EDI, CSV, XML, ASCII, TXT, XLS, paper, etc.) in the industry.

ProfitLine operates with 99% uptime during standard business hours. Our network is built on Cisco equipment with several layers of redundancy and round-the-clock live monitoring by a Cisco Certified partner. The MyTelcoManager application is clustered/load balanced in an N+1 architecture on multiple servers at all three tiers to ensure application redundancy.

We maintain a world-class co-location facility and primary data center, as well as two secondary data centers, with multiple connection methods on the wide area links between these locations. Our Internet connection consists of three carriers, and VoIP infrastructure has the ability to redirect calls to another location in the event of a local disaster.

The MyTelcoManager browser-based client interface provides anytime visibility into your telecom spend and the work we are performing on your behalf. Robust business intelligence reporting is available in a variety of formats:

  • Standard reports. A full suite of bi-weekly and monthly telecom expense and accounts payable reports, covering invoices, expenditures, savings, variances of current invoices against previous months, status and detail on claims against vendors, usage and expense trends, locations, accrual, and much more.
  • Cost view. Roll ups of telecom invoices by cost center, providing business unit managers with an efficient way to view their own telecom spend, without having to wade through irrelevant data. Robust search, filter and sort capabilities for slicing and dicing as needed. Permission-based access so managers see only reports relevant to their business unit.
  • Business Objects™ data mining & custom reporting. Sophisticated analytic tools that are fully integrated into MyTelecoManager and deliver unmatched data mining and custom reporting against all of your information in our data warehouse.
