ProfitLine's Release of MyTelcoManager V2.0

ProfitLine, Inc. today announced the release of MyTelcoManager, version 2.0, the Web-based component of the company's business process outsourcing solution for voice and data services management. Version 2.0 features enhanced online capabilities to further streamline the management of the entire telecom spend lifecycle.
MyTelcoManager allows clients to order new voice and data services, manage and modify line inventory data, access a full suite of telecom and financial reports, view project status, and track savings from ongoing bill audits that recover carrier overbillings. It is the first online application to give users complete visibility into and control over their outsourced services through a single point of entry.
With MyTelcoManager V2.0, clients can now view vendor invoices on demand through the MyTelcoManager interface. ProfitLine's Bill Audit claim status database is now integrated with the application, making it possible for users to access real-time information about vendor overbilling claims that ProfitLine is managing for them. The application's Order New Services feature was also upgraded to more fully automate the feature and give clients a much higher level of customization.
