ProfitLine Launches Online Application to Provide Visibility and Control Over Outsourced Management of Telecom Services

ProfitLine, Inc., today announced the release of MyTelcoManager, an online application that facilitates the outsourced management of the complete lifecycle of voice and data services, reducing communications costs for enterprise companies.
MyTelcoManager is the first Web-based application to give clients complete visibility into and control over their outsourced services. ProfitLine clients can use the application to order new voice and data services, manage and modify line inventory data, access a full suite of telecom and financial reports, view project status, and track savings from ongoing bill audits that recover carrier overbillings.
"We're the only company in the industry that offers clients an all-inclusive application, available online 24/7, that they can use to create, manage, and modify all the data they need to control as part of a fully-outsourced process," said Rick Valencia, president and CEO of ProfitLine. MyTelcoManager was originally launched to ProfitLine's clients in February 2002. The latest version was released in June, closely coinciding with ProfitLine's $12 million equity investment from Menlo Ventures. Version 2.0 of MyTelcoManager is scheduled for release in the third quarter of 2002.
