ProfitLine, the leading provider of outsourced telecom expense management (TEM) solutions, today announced the promotion of Keith Boyle to Chief Operating Officer (COO), managing all company operations and implementation teams.
Mr. Boyle joined ProfitLine in 2006 and served as Senior Vice President of Operations, where he was instrumental in helping the company achieve record setting telecom invoice processing cycle times and unprecedented efficiencies gains in all operational areas. An American Society for Quality (ASQ) certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Boyle has helped ProfitLine institutionalize a six sigma methodology and framework for building robust scalable processes that reduce variation, prevent defects, and produce performance results that greatly exceed the company's commitment to world class SLAs.

Mr. Boyle has close to 30 years of progressive experience leading, establishing and managing operations, quality management and process improvement programs. Throughout his career, he has led over 400 lean and six sigma projects, trained numerous green and black belts, and worked as an operations consultant for clients such as Plantronics, LGE, QUALCOMM, BAE Systems, Illumina, and the US Department of the Navy. In a previous role with Solar Turbines Mr. Boyle managed several business operations, and was instrumental in helping the company win the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. He was also the developer and lead adjunct professor for the University of San Diego and University of California, San Diego's Lean and Six Sigma programs.
