Andreas Schenck

Andreas Schenck, Chief Executive Officer

Andreas is responsible for the leadership and management of the company, guiding ProfitLine on its client- and service-oriented course of business. The combination of his deep telecom domain and BPO experience allows him to lead ProfitLine in its quest to solve the complex needs of clients today and in the future. Andreas' hands-on experience in wireless billing, IP content and value-added billing and service management, his work in the voice, wireless and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) industries, are applicable background to competently serve clients in today's rapidly changing telecom landscape. A true client advocate, Andreas is passionate about continuing to challenge ProfitLine to deliver even more value and strategic insights to its clients.

Andreas has more than 20 years of management experience, in various roles including CIO and General Manager. Prior to joining ProfitLine, Mr. Schenck served as chief divisional officer at VoIP carrier Nobel LLC, where he was responsible for leading the sales growth of its global business units. Prior to that, he was the general manager of the Americas for Digiquant/Intec, an Internet services and VoIP billing company, where he was responsible for starting and leading the Americas business unit . Additionally, he managed the North American division of LHS Group, a wireless billing software vendor and led the build-out of LHS's South American business unit; he served as the chief information officer of Delphi-PES, a multi-billion dollar pan-European manufacturing company; and was a divisional manager for Electronic Data Systems (EDS), responsible for business across Europe. Bruce Myers, Chief Financial Officer

Bruce has responsibility for the finance department at ProfitLine. He is accountable for managing and controlling overall corporate risk through internal controls, confirming regulatory compliance and delivering financial information to the company's various stakeholders that is accurate, timely, relevant and transparent. Bruce plays a leading role in building and executing overall corporate strategy, with a focus on continual improvement in revenues and margins, coupled with tight cost control. He builds strong alliances with external professionals such as venture capitalists, lenders, accountants and attorneys and contributes internally with strategic planning, board governance and presentations, corporate finance, and accounting and treasury operations.

Bruce brings close to 30 years experience in financial and operational management of publicly traded companies, raising public and private capital, investor relations, building internal and external financial reporting systems, completing numerous mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and strategic alliance transactions and providing overall financial leadership. Prior to joining ProfitLine, he served as interim president and CEO for Advanced Marketing Services, Inc. (AMS), a technology-based logistics and distribution company, executive vice president and CFO for Pharmacopeia, Inc. a biotechnology company, CFO of GTI Corporation, an international manufacturer and distributor of electronic components and CFO for Photomatrix, Inc., an imaging hardware and groupware software company. Bruce began his career at Arthur Andersen & Company specializing in public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, cost accounting and profit improvement for technology and government contracting companies. Yvonne Blankenship, Senior Vice President, Solution Design

Yvonne has more than 20 years of experience in billing management, payment processing, and customer support and was an early innovator in the Telecom Expense Management industry. Yvonne heads the Solution Design organization where her deep knowledge of ProfitLine's processes and procedures enables her to turn client needs into practical solutions. She and her team have successfully engaged with Clients to design and deliver award winning Telecom Expense Management solutions for Voice and Mobility services.

Prior to joining ProfitLine, she served as president of AV Loan Service, a loan servicing company that managed the billing, payment processing, collections, and trust fund management for a $30 million loan portfolio. Earlier in her career, Yvonne served as vice president of Hanford Home Loans, a mortgage brokerage company managing over $150 million in private investor funds.

David King

David King, Senior Vice President, Operations

David ensures that clients get the most value from their mobility devices and services – 24 x 7 x 365. David is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and management of our global operational centers which include customer care, account management, invoice processing, audit, optimization, and order fulfillment.

David has over a decade of experience in the telecom wireless industry. He has held senior level positions in training, quality, and operations for several Fortune 500 companies' customer care organizations. In those roles he has either directly or from an outsourcing standpoint worked for/with wireless companies such as AT&T Wireless, Cingular, Verizon, and Sprint. Prior to joining ProfitLine, David was the general manager of an outsourced call center located in Orlando, Florida that comprised 400+ employees that supported the individual liable business customers for Sprint from a billing, tier one technical, and general customer care standpoint.

Eric Januszko

Eric Januszko, Senior Vice President, Technology

Eric understands the future of telecom technology. He is responsible for ProfitLine’s technology vision, strategy, methodology, and delivery teams. Eric’s expertise is the application and deployment of emerging telecom technologies in the enterprise. These include fixed-mobile convergence, mobile applications and security, infrastructure management, and technology consulting.

Eric brings over 25 years of experience in global technology strategy, development, and management. His background combines the solid fundamentals of large enterprises with the entrepreneurial spirit of industry innovators. He began his career at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), a FORTUNE 500© scientific, engineering, and technology applications company.

Prior to joining ProfitLine, Eric was CIO/CTO for Brahma Holdings, LLC where he established the technology vision for innovative business models that created scale advantages for insurance companies. Eric was also Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Advanced Marketing Services, Inc. (AMS) where he was responsible for all global information technology activities and an early pioneer in e-books and digital media. He also held senior IT roles at Accelrys, Inc. and Valor Electronics.

Rainer Debus

Rainer Debus, Senior Vice President, EMEA

Rainer is responsible for Sales and Business Development in EMEA as well as guiding ProfitLine’s business direction in the region. This includes developing and managing the channel partner ecosystem to drive sustainable growth in the region.

He brings to ProfitLine strong international management experience from top technology companies as well as early-stage businesses. Rainer’s deep understanding of global telecom and managed services are an ideal combination to craft solutions that address the mobility management challenges of global enterprises.

Most recently, Rainer was responsible for EMC’s EMEA Business Development focusing on strategic partnerships with services companies and was involved in acquisitions and investments to expand EMC’s services portfolio. Prior to that, he was Managing Director for the EMC Technology Solutions Group in Germany responsible for professional services and consulting as well as sales support.

Prior to EMC, Rainer spent 9 years in the telecom software industry as SVP Global Marketing at Digiquant, an IP Service Management SW-solution provider and as a Regional VP at LHS Group, focusing on the MNO market with customer care and billing solutions. Rainer started his career at EDS, where he has been Account Manager for General Motors Europe Aftersales and Project Director for large multinational System Integration projects.

Keith Boyle

Sheila Schmidt, VP and General Manager, Professional Services and Strategic Sourcing

Sheila has deep expertise leading all facets of wireless and wireline telecom sourcing engagements for large enterprise clients, and specializes in mobility sourcing and policy development. Her extensive negotiation know-how and high-level carrier relationships enable fast-tracked results, and her distinctive negotiation philosophy has earned her a positive reputation in the industry.

With history in both carrier and consulting settings, Sheila brings over 13 years of telecom experience to ProfitLine. Prior to joining ProfitLine, Sheila managed some of the most complex deals during her negotiation tenure at Telwares and MCI. Sheila held several other positions within MCI, including developing strategy for MCI's small business segment, and coordination of operations of third-party sales agents. bar

Robert Campbell

Robert Campbell, Vice President, North America Channel Relationships

Rob is responsible for business development in the Americas at ProfitLine. This includes developing and managing a channel partner ecosystem across both the enterprise and government sectors. Rob will help to drive the expansion of ProfitLine’s business to meet the growing requirements of our customers. Rob brings more than 24 years of global networking and communications and business development experience to ProfitLine.

Rob started his career at Data General where, after an assignment in Europe to overhaul the company’s European voice and data networks, he held the role of global telecom manager. Rob then shifted from end-user to service provider and took on the role of Systems Engineering Manager at BT Americas. He progressed through roles managing specialist sales teams and headed propositions marketing. With his deep industry insight, he served as a strategist to the BT Americas Leadership Team. Most recently, Rob lead Mobility business development for BT Americas which included managing BT’s solution partners. In this role, Rob developed a passion and first-hand understanding of the exploding global enterprise mobility marketplace and helped to win business and craft BT’s strategy and service portfolio to meet this growing market need.
Kathleen Glass

Kathleen Glass, Vice President, Marketing

Kathleen Glass leads the development and execution of worldwide marketing and communications strategies for ProfitLine’s technology based mobility management and communications spend services.

A B2B marketing expert for high growth companies, Kathleen most recently served as Director of Marketing for DriveCam, a VC-backed global Driver Risk Management company. Kathleen was responsible for launching DriveCam’s worldwide marketing initiative and directed a team that executed global campaigns, media awareness, market-specific launches and developed segmented online direct and channel marketing tools. Earlier in her career, Kathleen was responsible for a global marketing function at HNC Software, acquired in 2002 by FICO®, world leader in Analytics and Decision Management Solutions.
