Andreas Schenck, Chief Executive OfficerAndreas is responsible for the leadership and management of the company, guiding ProfitLine on its client- and service-oriented course of business. The combination of his deep telecom domain and BPO experience allows him to lead ProfitLine in its quest to solve the complex needs of clients today and in the future. Andreas’ hands-on experience in wireless billing, IP content and value-added billing and service management, his work in the voice, wireless and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) industries, are applicable background to competently serve clients in today’s rapidly changing telecom landscape. A true client advocate, Andreas is passionate about continuing to challenge ProfitLine to deliver even more value and strategic insights to its clients.Andreas has more than 20 years of management experience, in various roles including CIO and General Manager. Prior to joining ProfitLine, Mr. Schenck served as chief divisional officer at VoIP carrier Nobel LLC, where he was responsible for leading the sales growth of its global business units. Prior to that, he was the general manager of the Americas for Digiquant/Intec, an Internet services and VoIP billing company, where he was responsible for starting and leading the Americas business unit . Additionally, he managed the North American division of LHS Group, a wireless billing software vendor and led the build-out of LHS’s South American business unit; he served as the chief information officer of Delphi-PES, a multi-billion dollar pan-European manufacturing company; and was a divisional manager for Electronic Data Systems (EDS), responsible for business across Europe.
Bruce Myers, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial OfficerBruce has responsibility for the finance department at ProfitLine. He is accountable for managing and controlling overall corporate risk through internal controls, confirming regulatory compliance and delivering financial information to the company's various stakeholders that is accurate, timely, relevant and transparent. Bruce plays a leading role in building and executing overall corporate strategy, with a focus on continual improvement in revenues and margins, coupled with tight cost control. He builds strong alliances with external professionals such as venture capitalists, lenders, accountants and attorneys and contributes internally with strategic planning, board governance and presentations, corporate finance, and accounting and treasury operations.Bruce brings close to 30 years experience in financial and operational management of publicly traded companies, raising public and private capital, investor relations, building internal and external financial reporting systems, completing numerous mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and strategic alliance transactions and providing overall financial leadership. Prior to joining ProfitLine, he served as interim president and CEO for Advanced Marketing Services, Inc. (AMS), a technology-based logistics and distribution company, executive vice president and CFO for Pharmacopeia, Inc. a biotechnology company, CFO of GTI Corporation, an international manufacturer and distributor of electronic components and CFO for Photomatrix, Inc., an imaging hardware and groupware software company. Bruce began his career at Arthur Andersen & Company specializing in public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, cost accounting and profit improvement for technology and government contracting companies.
Keith Boyle, Chief Operating OfficerKeith ensures smooth and efficient operations, maximum accuracy and successful client business outcomes by managing all ProfitLine service delivery and technology groups including invoice processing, audit and mobility call centers. ProfitLine's unique client-driven workflow, guided by six sigma principles, is optimized to fulfill client service level agreements, ensuring that ProfitLine delivers timely and accurate products and services to clients. Keith works tirelessly to define, measure, analyze, improve and control ProfitLine processes and perpetuate best practices.Keith brings close to 30 years of progressive experience leading, establishing and managing operations, quality management and process improvement programs. Prior to joining ProfitLine, Keith was a principle in his own consulting firm, Quality & Productive Resources and developer and lead adjunct professor for the University of San Diego and University of California, San Diego’s Lean and Six-Sigma programs. He is a certified six sigma master black belt and has led over 400 lean and six sigma projects, trained numerous green and black belts, and worked as an operations consultant for clients such as Plantronics, BAE Systems, Illumina, and DJ Ortho and with the US Department of the Navy. Born and educated in the United Kingdom, Keith came to the United States to join Solar Turbines where he managed several business operations and ultimately led their quality and process improvement programs. Under Keith’s leadership, Solar Turbines won the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Keith started his career as an engineer and operations manager for a manufacturing firm in the United Kingdom.
Sheila Schmidt, Vice President, Strategic SourcingSheila brings over a decade of telecom expertise to ProfitLine, and is responsible for the leadership and management of ProfitLine’s Strategic Sourcing practice, including sourcing strategy development and implementation, carrier relations, sales support, and engagement management.Prior to joining ProfitLine, Sheila was a Senior Consultant at Telwares, where she led multiple full scale RFP negotiations for large enterprises with complex and dynamic wireless and wireline needs, as well as a multitude of individual carrier and multi-carrier renegotiations. From a wireline perspective, Sheila’s experience includes negotiation of voice, data, conferencing and local contracts, participation agreements and third party contracts with domestic and international carriers, addressing such key sourcing factors such as strategy development, risk mitigation, cost reduction, technology migration, carrier migration, implementation plan, network performance, and custom SLAs. As a wireless sourcing specialist, Sheila negotiated wireless deals for customers with as many as 30,000 corporate liable devices and upwards of 100,000 employee liable devices. Sheila negotiated complex, custom agreements addressing high international usage, in-building solutions, wireless office solutions, custom application support, procurement process development, carrier intranet/portal development, policy development, implementation strategy, user segmentation, and carrier migration strategy development. Sheila has negotiated extensively with AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Verizon Business, Sprint, T-Mobile, Alltel, Bell Mobility, US Cellular, Qwest, Global Crossing, BT, Orange Business Services and USA Mobility, and has high level executive contacts within each carrier. Prior to Telwares, Sheila worked in MCI’s Global Business Development group, where she and her team of analysts negotiated complex enterprise contracts with Fortune 500 customers. During her tenure in this group, Sheila was integral in the negotiation with several of MCI’s largest customers, involving multifaceted, time-sensitive third party negotiations and complex Managed Services requirements. Sheila held several other positions within MCI, including developing strategy for MCI’s small business segment and coordinating operations of third-party sales agents.
David King, Vice President, MobilityDavid is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and management of our Columbus, Ohio facility and team members which includes customer care, account management, telecom analysts, wireline and wireless order fulfillment, software engineering and administration. He and his team also manage delivery of solutions to ProfitLine's Mobility clients, defining and driving processes and procedures that deliver solutions on-time and on-budget with predictable high quality and client satisfaction.David has over a decade of experience in the telecom wireless industry. He has held senior level positions in training, quality, and operations for several Fortune 500 companies' customer care organizations. In those roles he has either directly or from an outsourcing standpoint worked for/with wireless companies such as AT&T Wireless, Cingular, Verizon, and Sprint. Prior to joining ProfitLine, David was the general manager of an outsourced call center located in Orlando, Florida that comprised 400+ employees that supported the individual liable business customers for Sprint from a billing, tier one technical, and general customer care standpoint.
Yvonne Blankenship, Vice President, Change ManagementYvonne is responsible for client change management, providing subject matter expertise to supplement the sales process, and assisting clients with transition support during implementation. Yvonne's deep knowledge of ProfitLine's processes and procedures makes her invaluable during the sales process, and once prospects become clients, she assists clients in transitioning to their new outsourced TEM. She and her team help clients understand the processes, and guide them in delivering the necessary data to streamline processes and optimize telecom expenses. She also provides ongoing client support, as her embedded knowledge is extremely beneficial to ongoing relationships with clients.Yvonne has more than 20 years of experience in billing management, payment processing, and customer support. Prior to joining ProfitLine, she served as president of AV Loan Service, a loan servicing company that managed the billing, payment processing, collections, and trust fund management for a $30 million loan portfolio. Earlier in her career, she served as vice president of Hanford Home Loans, a mortgage brokerage company managing over $150 million in private investor funds.
Lisa Maerowitz, Vice President, MarketingLisa is responsible for marketing management including: collateral and sales support, analyst and public relations, lead generation, event and product marketing and the measurement of client satisfaction with ProfitLine solutions. She ensures ProfitLine's messages are compelling and communicate the scope and value of our offerings to prospects, clients, analysts and media. In overseeing solution marketing management, her team drives client and competitive requirements into Profitline solutions to maintain market leadership and address the “pain points” the enterprise experiences with respect to managing their telecom environment.Lisa has more than 20 years of marketing experience with an extensive wireless communications background. Before joining ProfitLine she had a successful consulting practice that served organizations like AT&T Wireless, Sun Microsystems, Fair Isaac and others. She has held senior marketing positions with Cellular One (now AT&T Wireless), Nextel and Sprint PCS.
Arthur Roke, Vice President, Finance and Corporate ControllerArthur manages daily corporate financial accounting operations as well as daily treasury and banking operations on behalf of our clients, and provides strong leadership and mentoring to the finance team. He develops, incorporates and maintains internal controls along with accounting and financial policies and procedures. He provides strategic financial management to company's leadership team, and functions as the company's principal accounting authority. He guides the seasoned finance team to ensure ProfitLine's continued financial success and longevity for the benefit of our clients.Arthur brings more than 18 years of experience in finance and management to ProfitLine. Previously, he served as the vice president, finance and chief accounting officer for Accelrys, Inc. (formerly Pharmacopeia, Inc.) and as vice president, finance and corporate controller for EMD Biosciences, Inc. (formerly CN Biosciences, Inc.), a division of Merck KGaA.
