ANDREAS SCHENCK
Chief Executive Officer of ProfitLine, Inc.
Formerly serving as ProfitLine's COO and Executive Vice President of Business and Client Development, Andreas has since been promoted to Chief Executive Officer where he will continue to challenge ProfitLine to deliver even more value and strategic insights to its clients. Prior to joining ProfitLine, Mr. Schenck served as chief divisional officer at VoIP carrier Nobel LLC, where he was responsible for leading the sales growth of its global business units. Prior to that, he was the general manager of the Americas for Digiquant/Intec, an Internet services and VoIP billing company, where he was responsible for starting and leading the Americas business unit.
He is a member of UCSD's Connect program as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence and coaches young companies on growth and funding strategies.
Andreas earned his B.S. in mechanical engineering at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.

DOUGLAS C. CARLISLE
Managing Director, Menlo Ventures
Doug joined Menlo Ventures in 1982. At Menlo, Doug focuses primarily
on early-stage communications and software companies. His recent investments
and board seats include: ProfitLine, BrightLink Networks, Cyras Systems,
GoDigital Networks, Lantern Communications, LuxN, RC Networks, Appshop,
Open Solutions, and printCafe. His prior investments and board seats
include: Hotmail Corporation; Carrier Access Corporation (CACS); Efficient
Networks (EFNT); Pyxis Corporation, and Kalpana. Prior to Menlo Ventures,
Doug worked as a design engineer at ROLM Corporation.
Doug earned his B.S. in electrical engineering from the University
of California, Berkeley, his M.B.A. from Stanford University School
of Business, and his J.D. from Stanford University Law School.

ERIC S. BYUNN
FTV Capital
Eric joined FTV Capital in 2002 and is currently a Partner and leads the firm's software team. Prior to joining FTV Capital, Eric was Director of Online Services at myCFO, a start-up wealth management firm. He joined myCFO from America Online, where he held several roles including management of Netscape's Personal Finance Channel. Prior to the acquisition of Netscape by AOL, Eric led product management for the Netscape Navigator browser. He has also worked at Microsoft and at McKinsey & Company, where he primarily worked with telecommunications clients.
Eric received an AB summa cum laude from Harvard University, where he focused on economics and computer science, and an MBA from Stanford University, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.

ROBERT L. NORTH
Former President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of HNC Software
Inc.
Bob brings his expertise in providing strategic guidance for B2B enterprise
software companies to ProfitLine's board. As CEO, president and director
of HNC Software from 1987 to 1999, he grew the company from start-up
to successful IPO. Bob has served as a director on a number of boards
for growing companies, including Digital Insight, Peerless Systems
Corporation, a publicly held software-based imbedded imaging systems
company, and Abacus Direct Corporation, a publicly held company that
provides information and research to the direct marketing industry,
which was acquired by DoubleClick in 1999. For 21 years, Bob was employed
by TRW, most recently as vice president and general manager of the
Electronics Systems Group. Prior to that time, he was a member of
the technical staff for the Satellite Central Office of Aerospace
Corporation.
Bob earned his B.S. and M.S. in electrical engineering from Stanford
University. He has also completed executive management programs at
the University of California at Los Angeles and Stanford University.

VIKESH MAHENDROO
Intrepid Learning Solutions
Vikesh Mahendroo is the CEO of Intrepid Learning Solutions. He joined Intrepid in 2007
after a distinguished 23-year career with Mercer Human Resources Consulting. Vikesh served as
Executive Vice President, chairperson of the Mercer Global Leadership Team, and a senior member
of Mercer’s Global Operating Committee. He was Mercer’s executive sponsor for a number
of Fortune 500 clients. Vikesh was the president of the US Company from 1996 to 2000.
Vikesh holds bachelor and masters degrees in economics from Delhi University and an M.B.A from Columbia University. He is a director of the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and Intrepid Learning Solutions. He is an advisor to ProV International, an IT services and solutions company based in Tampa, FL.
