The Customer Care Rep for Non Government Accounts is part of a team of CCR's who are responsible for answering incoming phone calls, routing to the appropriate person or handling the call if appropriate. This position will initially handle basic customer calls and trouble shooting of wireless equipment needs/issues, including cell phones and blackberry's by using standardized procedures. As an individual progresses in this role they may be assigned to new accounts and expanded responsibilities.

Will be required to develop tools and resources for Professional Services staff to broaden the scope of ProfitLine's audit capabilities and client offerings, with a focus on continual productivity improvement. Must provide day-to-day management of the staff of 10-15 auditors, which includes managing time keeping activities by client.
